Full Time 5th/6th Grade Teacher – Applicants must have an IL Professional Educators License for Elementary Education through 6th Grade. This position begins the 2022-2023 School Year.
Full Time High School Biology Teacher – Applicants must have an IL Professional Educators License with an endorsement in Biology or be willing to obtain an endorsement.
Full Time Special Education Teacher - Applicants must have an IL Professional Educators License with an LBS I endorsement or being willing and eligible for the short-term emergency approval with plans to complete the LBS I endorsement within two years of hire date. Successful experience as a special education teacher or working with a special-education students is preferred.
Full Time Spanish Teacher - Applicants must have an Illinois Professional Educators License with an endorsement in Spanish or be willing to obtain the endorsement on their current license.
Full Time K-12 Music Teacher – Applicants must have an Illinois Professional Educators License with an endorsement in Music Education.
Full Time Social Emotional Counselor/Educator – Applicants must hold proper Illinois Licensure
Full Time Paraprofessional – Applicant must have or be willing to obtain their paraprofessional license from the Illinois state Board of Education & complete a successful background check.
2 Full Time Evening Custodians – Applicants must complete a successful background check.
Part Time Summer Custodian – Applicants must pass a successful background check.
Substitute Bus Driver – Applicants must have their CDL with bus permit & complete a successful background check.
Substitute Custodians – Applicants must complete a successful background check.

- Apply
for a Substitute License (SUB) or a Short Term Substitute License (STS) in your
ELIS account. Log into your ELIS account
and click on SIGN UP NOW in the left side margin
to apply for the correct
license. The SUB License requires a bachelor’s degree and costs $50.00.
The STS License requires either an associate’s degree or 60
hours of college coursework and costs $25.00.
- Complete the
Substitute Authorization Packet.
