Hoots replied with "I thought the kids played real hard, we got a lot of contributions from a lot of kids stepping up. Being able to play a lot of kids stepping up really helped, you know us come out on top because, we had good leadership from our seniors from Cole, Colby, Gavin did a good job being leaders. Tyce Fullerton had a great game also Angel made some good plays at quarterback. And we played well as a team up front and dominated. Moving foreword we just can't be satisfied with this win, slowly build on it and come each day in practice ready to work and get better."
The Hornets will move into week 2 1-0 where they will face the North-Greene Spartans at North Greene on Friday, September 2.
