Alexa Blaesing Senior Highlight
Alexa Blaesing plans to go to either Loyola or Lewis University (whichever is cheaper). She wants to major in Forensic Science. She says the most rewarding thing from graduating high school is learning how to cope with stress, and work while under stress. The class that influenced her the most was AP English. This class helped her learn how to read and analyze text. The class is taught by Mrs. Zimmerman, and she pushes her to learn. The best thing about being a senior is being able to leave and explore and the worst is being unprepared to leave. Her favorite memory from high school was senior year Homecoming. She sees herself living by herself in an apartment. Her advice to all freshmen is “it's ok to not know”. Her most embarrassing in-school moment was not unmuting on Teams. She is involved in a lot of sports/clubs/activities/hobbies including Art club, NHS, Gaming club, FFA, Scholastic bowl, Student council, 4-H, Art Classes, Drama, Travel Basketball, School Basketball.
