Adventures in P.E.
Mrs.Miller's 8th hour Fitness P.E. class has already made some memories. There is a very big range of personalities in the class, athletes and non athletes, girl and boys. If I'm being honest we're yet to accomplish much, but this week we have started some things. In this class you learn how to put together your own workout with different kinds of exercises, tempo, etc. You also are wearing a heart rate strap, which tracks... well your heart rate. During your workout Mrs.Miller will set a range of "colors" your heart rate is supposed to reach at some point throughout your workout. It is quite easy for your heart rate to get going, but it's the struggle of keeping it there that will effect you. So far I am enjoying the class, the people in it, and looking forward to what happens throughout the class.
